Vegetarretter, gode opskrifter på vegetarmad

Broccolisuppe

Ingredienser

1 helt broccoli

1-2 løg

1/2 squash

Evt. lidt fløde eller flødeost

olie

krydderier salt peber Timian

Femgangsmåde

hak løgene fint og svits dem i olie

Tilsæt lidt vand og lad det simre

riv squash og del broccolien i små bukker

Hæld det i kryden stilsæt vand så det dækker

grøntsagerne tilsæt krydderier og lad det små koge

i min 15 min smag til med salt og lidt peber

og leger evt. med lidt fløde eller flødeost

Serveres med flutes evt. som forret
