Vegetarretter, gode opskrifter på vegetarmad

Kikærte pasta

 

500 g. spaghetti, tagliatelle, bocatini eller fettuccini
1 laurbærblad
2 dåser hakkede tomater
2 fed hvidløg
2 tsk tørret rosmarin
kogte, smuttede kikærter, svarende til indholdet af en dåse tomater. Man kan også købe brugsklar kikærter på dåse
salt og peber
evt. 1 halv chili, finthakket

Kom alle ingredienser, undtagen pasta, i en gryde og lad det koge ved svag varme i en halv time. Blend saucen og smag den til med salt og peber. Imens den blendede sauce varmes op igen, koges pastaen. Retten kan serveres med parmesanost eller friskhakket persille.
