Fremgangsmåde


Riv kartoflerne og bland løgene i
varm panden godt op og kom
rigeligt med olie på drys med salt
og læg kartoffelblandingen i fire
bunker og tryk dem flade mod
panden med paletten. Vendes
når de er mørkegyldne hæld lidt olie
ved lige efter de er vendt.

Serveres evt. til kogte grøntsager eller med spejlæg og ketchup.
