Broccoli og champignon gratin
Ingredienser
1 broccoli hoved i buketter
250 gram champion i tern
4 æg
2 dl mælk
Revet ost til gratinering
1 hakket fed hvidløg
salt og peber
olie til stegning
Fremgangsmåde
Damp broccolien et par minutter til den er let mør.
Steg hvidløg og champions til saften er svundet ind.
Bland champignon og broccoli og hæld det i et smurt
fad.
pisk æg med mælk smag til med salt og peber og hæld det over
grøntsagerne. Gratiner med ost.
Bag ved 200o Grader i 50 minutter
Serveres evt med Samosas og salat el. flutes og salat |
