Ingredienser

1 stor skivede bakke champion
1/2 l piskefløde
ca. 80 g smør
1 spsk. mel
salt
paprika

Fremgangsmåde

Mos ca 50 g smør med en spsk mel
på en lille tallerken til en jævning.
Steg championerne i rigeligt smør til
det meste af væsken er trængt ud.
Tilsæt fløde og lidt paprika og varm sovsen
til kogepunktet. Tilsæt Jævningen lidt efter
lidt indtil sovsen har den ønskede konsistens.
Smag til med rigeligt salt
